2. Scope

This policy covers this site. Personal information handling for our other services is set out separately on each of those services.

3. Information we collect

3-1. When you browse the site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. Information such as the pages viewed, the referrer, and the type of browser and screen is sent to Cloudflare, Inc.

The platform that serves and runs this site handles technical records such as the connecting IP address, in order to process traffic and keep the service secure.

3-2. When you sign in

Sign-in is handled through Auth0. You may also sign in with a Google account. When you sign in, we receive a user identifier, display name, email address and profile picture from Auth0, and hold them in encrypted form in the cookie that keeps you signed in.

What we store in our database is the user identifier only. Display name, email address and profile picture are used to render the screen and are not stored in our database. We never handle your password.

3-3. When you save charts or boards

We store the names and chart settings of the charts and boards you save, linked to your user identifier. We do not store the statistical values themselves.

3-4. Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. If cookies are disabled in your browser, features that require sign-in will not work.

4. Purposes of use

• Providing the features of this site (keeping you signed in, showing who is signed in, and displaying the charts and boards you saved).
• Improving this site by understanding how it is used.
• Keeping the service stable and preventing abuse.
• Responding to enquiries and related correspondence.

We do not use personal information beyond the purposes above.

5. Provision to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property.

6. Service providers

We use the following providers to operate this site. They include companies located outside Japan.

• Auth0 (Okta, Inc.) - sign-in and authentication. Our tenant is hosted in the Japan region.
• Google LLC - authentication if you choose to sign in with a Google account.
• Railway Corp. - running the application and the database.
• Cloudflare, Inc. - delivery of this site and web analytics.

7. Retention

Account information and the charts and boards you save are retained until you ask us to delete them. Nothing is deleted automatically after a set period.

There is no self-service account closure screen. If you would like your account and saved items deleted, please contact us.

8. Security measures

• Traffic to and from this site is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Personal information is handled by the operator alone; no employees handle it.
• Sign-in is delegated to Auth0, and we do not hold passwords.
• Saved charts and boards can only be read with the identifier of the authenticated owner.
• Credentials for external services are kept out of the source code and managed as secrets of the runtime environment.

9. Disclosure, correction and suspension of use

You may request disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of your personal information, or suspension of its use or of provision to third parties. Please contact us. We will respond without delay once we have confirmed your identity. No fee is charged.

Complaints about how personal information is handled may be sent to the same contact.

10. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy in line with changes in law or in how we handle information. Any change will be posted on this page.
